Site Permitting: Responsible for re-instating the 1+ year old site development permit application review. Engineer of record for the storm sewer tabulations, including checking allowable stormwater roadway spread. Responsible for constant and proactive follow up with permitting review staff regarding their review due dates, as well as with 3rd party project team members to ensure their deliverables are completed on time. Responsible for conducting phone calls and face-to-face meetings with permit review staff to expediently resolve their comments.

Utilities Permitting: Selecting hydrant flow testing and forcemain pressure testing locations, and procurement of testing results. Engineer of record for the fire flow analysis, lift station/force main pressure analysis. Responsible for preparing, submitting, and obtaining approval of the FDEP utilities applications, the utilities service connection application, and payment of commitment fees. Responsible for common area reclaimed water meter service connection applications.

Project Management: Responsible for leading periodic project progress meetings to track and update a running list of action items for all project delivery team members. Responsible for assisting the developer with the HOA formation process. Responsible for ensuring the power distribution plan is consistent with the site/civil plans.
